In Memoriam: Sir Ian Wilmut passed away on September 10, 2023. He had been diagnosed of Parkinson in April 2018. He died at the age of 79.

Dr. Ashley Rasys, nominated by Dr. Richard Behringer, will be awarded the 9th ISTT Young Investigator Award at the next  18^th Transgenic Technology Meeting, in Houston , TX, USA (TT2023; November 12-15 2023). 

The 15th ISTT Prize will be awarded to Dr. Phil Soriano at the TT2023 meeting in Houston, Texas, USA.

The ISTT Prize is awarded to investigators who have made outstanding contributions to the field of transgenic technologies.

ISTT is pleased to announce Davide Seruggia as the awardee for the 8^th Young Investigator Award. Davide Seruggia has numerous achievements in the field of transgenic technologies. He has recently obtained one of the most prestigious and competitive ERC Starting Grants and this has allowed him opening his brand-new laboratory at the St. Anna Children's Cancer Research Institute, in Vienna (Austria)

ISTT is delighted to announce that the 14^th ISTT Prize will be jointly awarded to Dr. Elizabeth Lacy and Dr. Frank Costantini at TT2022 in Helsinki, Finland. The ISTT Prize is awarded to investigators who have made outstanding contributions to the field of transgenic technologies.
