Kent Lloyd
Dr. Lloyd is a faculty veterinarian and physiologist at the School of Veterinary Medicine, University of California (UC) Davis. He serves as director of the UC Davis Mouse Biology Program, a scientific program encompassing and coordinating infrastructure, technical resources, and intellectual expertise for developing, promoting, and enhancing the use of mutant mice and mouse model systems for understanding and resolving biological questions. Dr. Lloyd is also project director for the NIH Mutant Mouse Regional Resource Center (MMRRC), Knockout Mouse Project (KOMP) Repository, and Mouse Metabolic Phenotyping Center (MMPC), all at UC Davis. In his spare time, he also serves as Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Education.
