Due to a high volume of registrations the preferential group rates which have been agreed at the Meeting Venue, TradeWinds Island Resort Hotels, St Pete Beach, Florida have now sold out. There is still limited accommodation available within this property, however, these will be charged at the current rate advertise on their website and will be subject to Resort Tax.
We are pleased to advise that their sister hotel located next door to and approximately 5 minutes walk from the Meeting venue, The Sandpiper, has one bedroom suites available at the rate of $159.

To confirm a reservation, a first night’s deposit (US Funds via cheque, money order, valid VISA, MasterCard or American Express Card) must be received with the reservation request.
Rates quoted are based on single or double occupancy, per night. Children under 18 are complimentary when sharing a room. Each additional person 18 years of age and older will be charged an additional fee of $15.00 per room per night.

Check In/Check Out Times
Guest Check-in time is after 16.00 and check out is prior to 11.00. Complimentary luggage storage is available for those guests who arrive early or must remain past check out time.
Cancellation Terms and Conditions
Hotel accommodation will be allocated on a strictly first come first served basis. All cancellations must be received in writing by the TradeWinds Island Resort Hotels and no refunds will be given after
September 23, 2011. Should you want to extend your stay out-with the Conference dates please contact the TradeWinds Island Resort Hotels direct.
IMPORTANT: If you do not arrive at your hotel on the due date or reduce the number of nights you stay, the hotel may cancel your reservation and charge you for all nights booked.
