To highlight this 10th Anniversary, we'd like to put together an "Anniversary Booklet". In this booklet, we will be highlighting the accomplishments of not only our Society, but also the field of transgenics/knockouts/cryopreservation/mouse reproductive technologies since inception. We would be honored to include your work's contribution to the field.
To this effect, we are asking if you would take a couple minutes to write a few words about your personal history in the field.
Several ideas may include:
1) highlight your experiences, tell a personal/meaningful story as it might relate to your own research/work and how transgenics has helped you to get where you are
2) your thoughts/feelings on transgenics today and where you anticipate these technologies heading
3) your thoughts and feelings on the ISTT and how ISTT has helped to bring all levels of researchers and technician together for a common purpose of collaboration in the field
4) who mentored you in this field? Where did you learn transgenic methods?
5) anything else you would like to share with us regarding the ISTT and/or the transgenic animal field
